World famous Golf Instructor David Leadbetter stopped in on September the 22nd, 1999. He helped us cut the ribbon and celebrate the completion of the addition to Joe & Leigh's. David was gracious enough to stay for most of the afternoon, giving a clinic first then chatting with golfers and finally autographing pictures, books, hats, a tee shirt (while still on the body!) and generally being a fun guy!David's next stop was The Country Club in Brookline to help root on some of the Ryder Cup players that he taught and coached.
